The Structure of the Universe

The Sun coordinates, planets work, and satellites observe and deliver evidence. The pattern repeats at every scale.

The Sun

The orchestrator accepts a task, divides it among agents, gathers the result, and requires evidence at every step. It does not trust an agent's memory: an event log, immutable contracts, and independent reproduction make it possible to verify the sequence without relying on faith.

Authority follows a scale: observe-propose-apply. Applying a change without separate permission and a rollback plan does not exist as a category.

Planets and satellites

Every project is a planet with its own orbit of truth: its own tests, its own boundaries, its own verification. No planet inherits another's quality-it repeats the evidentiary cycle with its own data.

Satellites are observers: they collect, filter, and deliver receipts. A declared satellite that has delivered nothing is a visible difference between promise and fact, not a quiet "good."

The topology is honest too: a planet taken out of active work does not vanish quietly - the removal decision is recorded, and the registry is guarded by a check that turns red at the mere mention of a retired name in active sources.

The repeating unit: Verified Workcell

The repeating unit of work in this universe is the Verified Workcell: a bounded process that carries human intent, allowed sources, AI work within limits, evidence with addresses, a human decision and an observable outcome as one unbroken cycle.

This is not a paper diagram: the demo of this site replays one such cycle with seven records, and the page's own release is assembled in the same shape. The shape repeats at every scale - from a single visitor's record to a system release.

The ladder of knowledge

For every item, the system knows one of three things: unset, observed, or proven-and separately remembers the perspective from which it looked: up close or from afar. The terms do not blur: "proven from afar" and "observed up close" occupy different rungs of the ladder, and the machine derives the next step for each item from its rung.
